clean room good order central location hot room fan usage previous issue
the room was clean. it was in good order. there was plenty to choose from regarding facilities. the hotel was centrally located.
rooms were large. they were comfortable with the exception of being hot. i had to use the fan provided. the fan tells me it is a previous issue.

The room was a quay view double room. the size of the room was suitable. the housekeeping team regularly replenished coffee, tea, and water. That was handy. breakfast had plenty of choice.
the spa staff acted oddly. they were rude from the start, which surprised me. there weren't any towels available initially, though these things can occur. parking isn't free.

totally good stay!

central location modern room gym facility
the location was central! with car parking available. the room i booked was modern and spacious. the bed and pillows offered such comfort. i used the pool and gym facilities, both were great.
The breakfast was quite expensive. It was 17£.

crowded pool breakfast cost
the hotel room was clean it was an acceptable size for what i needed
the pool area was crowded i barely managed to get a spot near the edge. the small hot tub seemed inadequate for the number of guests present. breakfast cost extra money i had to pay a fee
